Coach, mentor, and motivate team members. Manage other project and program managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.</h3></li><li><h3> Identify and manage dependencies across the program. Facilitate and communicate resolution to complex, strategic issues with executive level management.</h3></li><li><h3> Build on best practices for program management, including establishing documentation requirements for compliance, and driving continuous improvement of program performance.</h3></li><li><h3> Lead discovery activities with business partners at all levels to understand business objectives, assumptions and constraints related to a solution opportunity.</h3></li><li><h3> Apply extensive retail supply chain knowledge (e. g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan) to set large supply chain programs and implementations up for success</h3></li><li><h3>Prepare and deliver effective, timely, meaningful communications (written and verbal) throughout the project lifecycle to project participants, senior leadership, and the organization.</h3></li><li><h3> Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.</h3></li><li><h3> Define project success criteria and disseminate these to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle</h3></li><li><h3>Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and meaningful manner</h3></li><li><h3>Collaborate with Finance to run the planning and budgeting process of project(s) through the year and assess where we are on a monthly basis</h3></li><li><h3>Manage the budget and plans on a regular basis and escalate and problem solve where needed</h3></li><li><h3>Manage and maintain standard outputs created by teams for the budgeting and planning process</h3></li><li><h3>Rigorously manage ongoing work against timelines, spend, and value that is being delivered on a regular basis and cascade reporting across all levels of the organization.</h3></li><li><h3> Keep pace with emerging program and portfolio management trends and best practices.</h3></li><li><h3> Ensure project(s) & project documentations meet all audit and compliance requirements</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><h3>10+ years related experience</h3></li><li><h3>Experience managing large Retail Supply Chain implementation programs with Blue Yonder and/or Manhattan</h3></li><li><h3>Experience executing large scale implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies and practices</h3></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p> In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $134,000.00 - $171,000.00
